The Preamble of the Constitution of the United States of America:

President Thomas Jefferson in his 1820 letter to William Jarvis wrote: “You seem to consider the judges the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions; a very dangerous doctrine indeed; and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy. The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal; knowing that to whatever hands confided; with the corruptions of time and party; its members would become despots. I know of no safe depository of the ultimate powers of the society but the people themselves; and if we think them not enlightened enough to exercise their control with a wholesome direction; the remedy is not to take it from them; but to inform their discretion by education.”

We the American people/we hard-working Americans/90% of us Americans have experienced a devastating economical/financial melt-down for the last 30 years! The American wealthy have never been wealthier because they have paid no/very low/the lowest American income taxes in American history for the last 30 years! The American working poor have never been as poor! The American middle class, who built America, has been economically; financially devastated/ruined/or are in deep economical; financial trouble! One in five American children are hungry daily! 20% of our American gross domestic product is spent for American health-care costs! High military officials admit that 70% of our American trillion-dollar military/pentagon budgets constitute abuse/fraud/waste and total more than all the other world-nations’ military budgets combined! Our most predominate American export to other world-nations is military warfare/weaponry! This is the reason America is involved eternally in world war! Shameful/unnecessary American poverty increases daily! We the
American people/we hard-working Americans are unemployed/underemployed/or just getting by! We the American people/we hard-working Americans, who are highly educated/highly professional/highly skilled, are unemployed/underemployed/or just getting by! America/we the American people/we hard working Americans need your hard-working American initiative/input!
